  Good strike, deep mirrors. centered in the well defined rim.
  Have one just like it PCGS Proof 67 CAM.
  I think yours is an earlier strike off the same dies.

  I would call it a 65-66. Not sure about the back of neck and the reverse top excess on reverse below States. Unless that was in original design. Otherwise Great looking CAM/ DCAM

  Thanks folks.

  The coin is nice. In hand it looks 66 or 67 to me. No Cameo due to the frost on the devices not being heavy enough to warrant the designation.

  I does have a Cameo appearance though.
