Shooting specs if anyone is interested. 1/160, f11, iso 100, auto wb, 2 second timer, 18" of coin, lights at 10 n 2. I love shooting coins with my trusty, old d3100 and my AF MICRO NIKKOR 105mm 1:2.8 D.

NICE coin,,,,,,, now dump it before it spots. It will happen sooner or later.
I've only had spotting issues when slabbed. I recently checked my 2006 Anniversary sets, they are fine.

I agree but only certain areas are contrasted.
The coin looks (based on the op's images) mostly frosted with only a small area of brilliance or mirrors.
