For purposes of this thread a double slab is the rattler with the ring around it like the doily.

Old rattler slab inside of another slab. The doilies are one. There are some others too. I think the 2.5 and 3.5.
I'd say it's not a "double slab" but it is in two pieces. The original rattler type holder, with an additional plastic border around the outside.
