Bug Report - Threads Remain Unread

Been bugging me a few days now. Anyone else?

Every time I open a thread, it doesn’t change the status from “new”.

    I've been seeing threads that haven't had anything done with them showing up as new when the last activity was over a year ago. I looked to see if something was edited and there wasn't then new threads would disappear. All this since the corrupt code was removed... Strange, I hope they fix it soon.

    On BS&T Now: Nothing.

    Seems like just one of the glitches now experienced since the recent software update - at least I think there was an update - or some type of reboot happened. I am seeing the same glitches as reported here and a couple of other threads. Cheers, RickO

    It sucks that they reduced the size of the photos...

    It really affects the impact of those photos. Bad move PCGS.

    Pay a few dollars more for some server space, it will make the forums so much better.

    Yes, I have the same problem. If I post it shows read and not "NEW", but if I only read and don't post it shows "NEW" next to the threads. Like others have suggested, I may need to comment on every thread so it will show as read.
