Both the slab and the coin appear to be fake to me on this 1937d 3 legs buffalo nickel slabbed PCGS ms62.
Any comments??

Yep, that would be a fake.
I would guess the seller is unaware on this one. ???

Personally I don't believe the seller is aware.

Seller claims he bought it off ebay in July.
Let's see if he ends it on his own accord.
Wow! That was fast....seller ended before I could get done typing here.
looks like he did - paid $2252 from seller tazdad_95 NARU
Not only do I agree re the obvious imitated/fake PCGS insert but the obverse of the coin itself looks horrendous.
I would hope that PCGS would personally thank the original poster for bringing this auction to their attention!
The seller has ended this auction, so maybe someone told him.

It's actually not that bad of a fake. The perpetrator did try to replicate some of the PUPs. Didn't do a good job, though.

I'd say its already gone!
Wow...fast action.... good work to all who reported it....Cheers, RickO
So what else is new with ebay?
A simple Cert Check on PCGS exposes this one even for those that don't have the keen eye that many folks here possess. Of course, more clever crooks will make sure those match up as well. This is one reason why I've begun preferring the Gold Shield holders, especially for any coin that has a history of counterfeiting.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
that's a poor job for starts on the obverse
Bad to the bison bone.
The label looked fake right off. PCGS never puts the variety above the grade......to my knowledge anyway.
