PCGS Black Coin Box & DNC's

My recent 5-Coin Crossover Submission was returned in a very nice looking black PCGS coin box. Guess it was appropriate they came back in a black box since all five coins DNC'd. I thought it was a nice touch.
I'm thinking my eye is not as good as it once was...

Yesterday I purchased some supplies with PCGS and saw they are selling these black plastic boxes. Kind of neat (so I purchased one).

Forget the coins please post pic of the box
maybe share some photos, all of us have had DNC's I'm sure, let us decide if your eyesight is truly impaired.
Just ordered two boxes.....it will be interesting to see what color they come in. Shipping cost more than the box, so that's why I ordered two LOL.

I like the black ones much more than the blue. I've never had a green box.
Here is a link to some photos I posted a week or so ago...

If you catch us at a show we sell all the colors silver, red, from across the street and the green, blue, and black...
My 2019 four free submissions came back in a black box. Did not know it was something special, I just like getting the box itself to put other pcgs graded coins in. This was a few months ago I think.
The black box looks good with the gold lettering.... I prefer the green boxes though, especially since I have quite a few of them
....Also, green is my favorite color....Cheers, RickO
Original black boxes for rattlers were cool.
Ok, here's a few of the ones attempting cross at MS67+ grade:
1954-S

1949-S

That 54s is a beauty.
Yup, love the 54-S - agreed it's a beut!
surprised it didn't cross .
Perhaps the reverse lettering being so weakly struck is what keeps it out of PCGS plastic? Regardless, such a pretty coin, along with your 1949-S

Not sure how these are packed though. NGC will not return coins in their plastic boxes.
They will but you have to request and pay for it.
I am not a fan of the new PCGS black boxes. They looks and feel cheap compared to the old green boxes or the blue boxes.

I was told by NGC Customer Service they would not return ship coins in grey boxes and that I would have to pay separate shipping for them. I assume they won't ship coins in boxes due to possibility of damage.
Those are two very pretty dimes, lablover. (BTW-I'm a Lab lover, too-Labs and Boston Terriers.)
I just got my boxes today. They are black and look really cool!!
They look very sturdy and well-made, too.

I too just got two coins back that DNC. One even had a green bean. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Prime reason why I won't play that game....
