Anyone ever see Green PVC Balls?

I'm glancing at a unique only known Feuchtwanger German Silver token that's been slabbed.
I've tried to photograph what I'm seeing, but can't seem to image it.
With a 10x loupe it has microscopic Green PVC Balls hovering over the surfaces.
They aren't fully adhering as the German Silver seems to be somewhat inert.
So instead of having spread onto the surface they have grown into tiny balls.
Anyone else ever see green PVC balls?

That is very weird. If you get lucky and an image shows it I would love to see what you are

I bought a nice high grade set of Indians years ago in an old harco album. Those coins had droplets of PVC on them that would almost roll off the coins when you took them out. The coins were sticky to the fingers and acetone made almost all of them that controversial blue and purple color!
Return it to the TPGS. If they are customer friendly, they'll fix it since the stuff is loose in the slab and was missed during QC inspection.
I have seen it on some nickels. They had a PVC thin coat, and acetone did not completely remove it all. What remained had turned into small green balls.
Yes, on a $20 gold, as far as I know, nothing (dipping etc) was done to it, but dont know what happened before I owned it.

You seem to have taken your negotiation skills a bit too far as it's only coins!
I can't get a photo with it being slabbed.
It needs to be shot at an angle not flat.
Not droplets actually tiny green balls.
I'm pretty confident these are fresh growth too after it was encapsulated.
Now that is something I would like to see....I have looked at and removed PVC many times, never have I seen it form little balls...Cheers, RickO

I prefer my coins without balls. Send it back to the grading service and see if they will conserve it for you. You may be charged a fee though.
