2019 American Eagle $1 "S" RP, status of your order?
I was logged in in 2 separate PC just before 9am but it was 902am when finally my PC refresh to $1 AES RP, was able to order 1 on a tablet PC but it took several refreshing with the credit card window and I have to type the credit card info every time it refresh because somehow saved cc info is not appearing to be selected. Finally 913am I got a confirmed order.
Anyone else had a worst experience than mine???
Thanks.

LOL - seriously? You were able to buy one and you are asking if people had a worse experience?
Are you just gloating?

I had the same problem with my cc card info being blank. As a former IT person, my best guess is that the response time was so bad that it took longer to retrieve our cc info and pop it in the fields that you usually see it in, it finally threw my cc info in there, but it took so long that I assumed the coin would be unavailable by the time I could finally hit the Submit button.
@ tradeswithchops Sorry if I offended you. Just wanted to know others people experience. I am not a flipper but a collector and just don't want to miss on this one.
Anyway as of 922am I get a "Remind me" on USMint's $1 AES S RP page.
The USM has to correct their order placement process
Once you are in the card you should not have multiple failures when trying to place your order
No ASE for me
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Same problem, I entered my card as a saved card, but had to re-enter ALL the CC info on numerous site refreshes...
So here is my sad tale:
I called a customer rep 10 minutes before coin went on sale. I also had the mint web site active on my computer. The CSR immediately tried to place the order for me when the coin became available but her site went down when she was trying to place the order. She was never able to place my order! I was able to place my order into my cart on line but when I tried to make payment for the order, the "oops something went wrong" message came up. I keep hitting the refresh button but after 5 times after it refreshed, it would still would not complete my order. Then the dreaded "Item is no longer available" popped up and sank my boat. The CSR also received this message as she was still on the phone with me in hopes that I could complete my purchase on line. Left a negative feedback on their survey form. The CSR has put me on a " Waiting list" for any purchase that does not "sell". She asked me if I had an email alert prior to the coins going on sale. I told her no. It came in later at 12:38 ET. oh well.
Kennedys are my quest...
so pissed right now
Similar. Received acknowledgement and confirmation emails.

WTH! This thread was on the 3rd page. Is this coin tanking?
So you left a negative review for the actual person trying to help you? She did the best she could but it’s obvious they use the same order system as the website. Write a negative letter to the Coin World editor or send a letter to the director of the Mint, but a negative phone survey was not the way to go about this as it most likely only reflects badly on the call taker.
