    I prefer 1 slightly over 2.
I like some toning and actually prefer soft muted luster.
I know that is a minority opinion though.

2, 3, 1. They're all nice. What is the price difference. That would make the decision.

    I'm 3, 1, 2
I like the strike best on 3 but do like the color on 1.

I love the strike and look of #2. I'd buy #1 if priced right. #3 I reserve judgement as it appears overexposed and too hard to tell how nice it is (or isn't).

I knew it, and I was gonna say it for you if you didn't beat me to it.

    Thing is, I agree.

I like the more original look of #1 which has good character (IMHO) to it.

I am very familiar with the first two coins and I know their grade, so I will not disclose it.

Although the toning on number three is not very good, at all, it is my favorite technical Walker. Decent strike, no major distractions on the surface and mostly White.

Number one has the best strike and surfaces but I don't like the toning. It looks a little bit like a fire orange but is not very dramatic in hand and is more splotchy and neutral, so that's why I don't like it and it's been to the market many times at both auction houses and by dealers. A lot of other people don't seem to like it, either, as evidenced by its turnover rate.

Number two has a great strike but the surfaces are way too abraded, especially in that right field.

So number three is the one that I dislike the least, even though it likely falls in the middle, grade-wise, of all three coins.

Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

For the record I own both #2, #3, both P62, #2 has a green bean & is my favorite.

    Coin #1 is P64+ w/green bean :o
Its asking price is 1.9 & 2.1 times of my P62s. Now I know why it's been on the market, unsold for so long.

1 does NOT have the strike that #2 or #3 - the left thumb proves this.

1 reverse is soft or is that wear? Breast feathers tell the story.

2 & 3 are extremely close, if not identical grades.

Both of the coins you own, clearly show you have a great eye for selecting nice coins.

@KollectorKing I would have guessed that coin number 3 was a 63. Nice coin. I've had several chances to purchase coin number 1 and passed each time due to the unattractive toning, even despite the CAC sticker....It's likely original but still unattractive. I also had the chance to purchase coin number 2 and, although I love the strike, it just had too many abrasions for me. I think that it is properly graded at 62.

Number 1 would have been my choice-nice color.

2 because it would be interesting to see what is going on with that reverse under the eagle's beak. For originality and luster 1 or 3.
