Looks pretty wholesome to me. Once upon a time, it would be graded "full good," because of the full rims.

I agree with G6. Looks to have a partial L or Y in LIBERTY, and full rims.
Every once in a while my LCS will have full rim Barber halves in the mixed 90%. These are the ones I scooped up last time I saw any in there.
