I know it's craigslist, but I'm stumped. 
1 1922 US States Peace dollar. this is a Factory Gem Unc.Mint Error. The coin has a rim or edge error as a mis strike on both sides. Nice coin with error. $100

Might be a minor rim clip, as those are not uncommon on Peace Dollars, but it is impossible to know from the picture provided.

Stumped about what?
Probably not if it's at 7:00 on the obverse and 4:00 on the reverse. I imagine it's most likely damage, possibly a planchet or striking artifact at the rim, such as misaligned die, collar clash, rolled edge (I think that's what it's called), none of which raises the value.
