The color on this beauty should be spectacular in hand having dealt with this dealer several times and never disappointed. A low grade MS? Thoughts, comments appreciated.

Looks stripped/retoned.
It would have a degree of eye appeal for some, but the toning looks to be secondary after it was dipped or stripped.
Have you submitted your purchases of uncertified coins from that seller, for grading?

Isn't that the company that specializes in problem coins?
If you like it that is what matters, I would not submit for grading tho.

Great Southern Coins doesn’t exactly have a stellar reputation. Unless you’re an expert I’d probably avoid buying raw coins from them. There are numerous threads about them on the boards.
I would have to concur that it may have been dipped and re-toned. But I wouldn't go as far as calling it cleaned. As for the strike, all but the hair detail on the obverse are crisp and clear. Which is tough to find much like the full head Standing Liberty Quarters. On the reverse, the line detail near the bow especially are well defined. It appears to have been struck mid-life on the dies. These are all my opinions. As for grading it, no. If it had been I would have cracked it out and put it in an Air-tite.
