I did discover a new style of "combover" though. First time I've seen hair from the back of the neck combed into a pompadour. A PUFFY one, to boot.
So it wasn't a total loss.
I have gone to shows and not purchased any coins... When I lived in WA state, at least one out of three shows were barren of purchases..... I am picky.... Cheers, RickO
Not too many years ago, I would have attended about 12 yearly coin shows here in Ontario Canada.
This year, I only went to one.
Main reason is dealers are still stubborn with their inflated prices and have not adjusted to the depressed Canadian coin market, so why should I bother?

The "museum" hadn't added any new exhibits.
Not only were there fewer tables, but there was no fresh stuff.
