Is this key date peace uncirculated?

I like the look of a this peace dollar for my set, but was wondering if its worth the premium and if it would grade uncirculated?
Can I get an opinion??

Why would you consider spending $350 on a raw coin with photos like those? It's not a real key date. Nice graded examples can be found for far less (on ebay, too).
If you need a non graded example for a book then buy the graded one, crack it out and put in your book. Just save the grading label in the back of the book for future reference.

I know that I'm basing this off a photograph, but no. An extra-fine at best. And that's being generous. These range from 70-85 in the AU grades, depending on the tone they may be a bit more. An MS66 at that price perhaps.

If you even considered buying that ugly coin you need to put your wallet away and learn more about eye-appeal and its importance before spending another dime on coins. Also, why are you looking at raw coins? The market wants slabbed coins.
Just because a coin is toned does not mean that it has positive eye appeal.

I'd suggest not looking at raw coins on ebay unless you have a very thorough understanding of grading **AND **coin photography. If you are even considering purchasing that coin for that price.... step away from the computer.
Just FYI, the 25-S is pretty common from 55-63, common enough at 64, and (along with the 28-S) the key to the series in gem grades. Last I checked, no example has been graded higher than 65 by our hosts. CoinFacts lists only 44 at MS65 with no + coins. These sell in the 20-30k range. Some of the 44 are probably duplicate submissions.
As others have said, this one is miles away from deserving your attention.
I agree, not UNC, and I am not sure it would grade at all due to that gouge in the neck.

Here are some photos that I've taken. I only own one of these today. Hopefully you can see the luster, complete absence of wear, and lively surfaces that an MS coin should display. These all feature the dismal strike weakness that plagues this series in general and this issue in particular. I should have kept the top coin. It's at least as nice as the coin in the 64+ holder:
