Newps for my type set

Pretty excited about both of these! The cent is my first 18th century coin and I really really like the overall look of the $1. I think the neck scratch brought it into my price range but well worth that ding in my mind given the rest of the coin.

Very nice ‘97 cent, and way cooler than the typical 02 or 03 cent most people choose for this type .

    Like them both @MathandBikes.

Don’t know why but the words
“golden chocolate” popped into my mind.

Thanks! I’m using the Dansco 7070 as my guide currently for the type set and the cent is the only opportunity to work in an 18th century coin. It wouldn’t have felt like a type set without representing each century.

Now I need to figure out which coin will be a CC. Maybe the Morgan? Not sure yet.

Any thoughts on good CC type coins, please let me know.

    I went for the Morgan:
