Any one have some of these? 1954-S 10c w/missing designer's initials.

Never seen or heard of it before

ME EITHER! We got three from a collector.

Then last weekend, I went to a customers house and found 2 more + 1 partial missing coins (raw) in an order we had pre-screened . I opened his original gem BU rolls before I even knew these existed so I'll bet a few will be in the coins already slabbed. I'll need to see him again and check.

Anyway, the customer who alerted me to these said they have been on Ebay in the past at around $100.

I have a couple, one is an MS66 FB and the other raw. It's listed in the Cherrypicker's Guide-FS 901.

Yes, it matters if you are doing the Roosevelt Complete Variety Set. ;)

It matters just as much as a Trade Dollar variety.

I believe the FS-901 variety in the Cherrypicker's Guide is a typo-it should be FS-401, miscellaneous OBVERSE variety. The 901 would be a miscellaneous REVERSE variety.

This is a known variety. I find it to be the coolest variety in the series since it's an obvious one.

I have a small pile of Rosie's... will have to check to see if I have one of these. Could be a 'found' treasure in my pile of miscellaneous silver.... :) Cheers, RickO
