Counterfeit Pattern, I have one just like it.
I know that some people will bid on just about anything, but I’m still amazed by the bids on this item. I have no problem with the listing, other than that it’s a counterfeit and obviously not what it’s purported to be, with respect to its listed type, date, mintmark, grading company or sticker company.😉

I did email the seller just to point out that I didn't see a PCGS slab or a CAC sticker just to see what he'd say...if he responds, that is.

Here was the response of the seller to my question about the slab and CAC not being present:
"Im not even sure what kind of coin it is, I just looked up the year and put it up for auction"
It says 420 grains and 900 fine, so I feel it's genuine. Good enough for me.
