Sad thing is, a book or website of this type is badly needed!

I've started setting aside PMD coins I find while roll searching for possible future sharing with newbies who think roadkill and mutilated coins are errors.

Number 7 on the New York Times bestseller list with a bullet.

I haven't been here long although I can appreciate the sentiment. I see an interesting mix of patience, suggestions, reality checks and light hearted frustration. Peace Roy

Long needed book. I'll guarantee "Ivonna" is an alias for some well know numismatist who is going to rake in a pile of money for thinking of writing a great book as this. He will be interviewed on TV. I feel REALLY STUPID for never thinking of this. :(

:D Great idea.... Except it would need to be twice the size of the Mega Red to adequately cover the multitude of PMD's we have seen here over the years...Cheers, RickO

    Hey Ivanna -

I want a percentage of sales, as it looks like
you've managed to hack my emails, my phone
calls, photo'd all the book's contributors that
show me their coin at coin shows, etc.

You've taken my daily 'pain' from numerous
sources, and turned it into a Book List Top Seller !

Great idea - print out a few tens of thousands of
copies, and make sure they're available on Facebook,
twitter, and everywhere else where people take
pictures of their pocket change and sent those photos
    to coin dealers.

.....oh, I miss the early day's of the iPhone when
people would just bore you with photos of their
    food.

Order now and get a mutilated cent as our way of saying thank you and get you started on a collection that years from now, you can look at and say "Why"!

The pictures on the cover are so clear, I am hesitant to buy it as I don't believe there will be blurry super blown up pics on the inside.

I heard it will come with some of those fake NGC and PCGS chinese slabs from Alibaba with stickers of various assortments so they feel like they can play at the same level as knowledgeable collectors...

    Footnote placed on every page:

*If you can re-create the "error" with a hammer, chisel, screwdriver, or any other shop tool, then how the %&#$ are you going to convince anyone that it left the Mint that way!?!

But still out of focus, right? You don't want to mess with anything you perfected. I hate that "one-step forward, two-steps back" crap.

Sounds like good info @DanielM please you post a link or two? I would recommend posting under a new thread title so it catches everyone’s eye. With a link from here to the new thread. Just an idea to think about.
