Actually, I cannot evaluate the coin that well from the pictures... would not argue with the 63 based on what I can see....Send it to our hosts if you really feel it will upgrade. Cheers, RickO

TBH i think this coin could 64. The mirrors have 8 inch depth on both sides and the bagmarksare so minimal for the grade.
I sure agree with you from your pics...
As you know NGC has a less stringent DPL bar (minimum 4 inches clear reflectivity), compared to PCGS’s DMPL bar (minimum 6 inches clear reflectivity).....
But your NGC example looks like it would easily DMPL at PCGS, too.....and the mirrors look quite clean.
