I received the offer didn't have a ton on my watch list but did find one to add to my Mexico typeset which is pretty much the only thing I use ebay for these days. Haven't found a US coin there in probably over a year.
All I get is the "$30 statement credit" promotion which is a "limited time offer" that has been going on for at least a month. I didn't want it a month ago either.
I received the offer and am still looking to see if anything calls me.
I got it, and have picked up a few decent deals so far.
Its been really slow past week sales wise on the bay. Could be a general market thing.
My wife received the offer but she maxed out on August purchases. Once the $500 E-Bucks limit is reached the incentive is gone.
Samsung pay is offering 5% cash back @ Ebay. No coins or bullion category allowed. Time to check the collectables.
I once missed the eBay extra bucks offer.........and I did not receive another offer for about three years. I seem to be back in their good graces and bought some minor parts for my 4Runner. Looking for coins tonight, but not finding much.
You always have to buy something with the eBay Bucks offer........or you will be on theri outs.

Finding coins priced fairly for the grade is difficult.
I did get a regular 10% Ebucks offer a few weeks ago and used it; then got the 10% Ebay app offer as well and used.
Spent considerable time finding 'deals' though.....
Have been left out of other promos that other persons have noted here... not sure what their algorithm is... but agree more buying is probably at play.
