Kathy, you would be correct to list that as an error as die polishing lines are an error.

But, you probably will not get any premium for such a coin, at least you would be honest, as opposed to guy in the OP.

No you were not, you listened to the experts and sent the coin in for grading.

Everyone was impressed with the way you handled it, precisely because the way this guy handled feedback is unfortunately much more common.

There are so many laughable listings on the Bay for so-called errors. Some of these folks (unlike the present subject) are probably truly just uninformed. But here's another one that makes me wonder if it's just plain fraud:
