Question about my listing on eBay. Colored coins.

Hi. First of all, I am not a coin guy. I just have some stuff to sell before I move. When I was taking pictures for my eBay listing I noticed Discoloration on some coins. But I found one that looked particularly interesting. It is here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2007-US-Mint-Presidential-1-Coin-Proof-Set-w-Box-COA-Unusual-Color-Error-/183947903459?pageci=ca133097-8d0b-4dd3-a17e-ca8342e6a22b
I want my listing to be accurate. Am I right that this is improper annealment on two different coins? If so am I right that it is weird that two ended up incased in the same proof set? Does something like this change the value?
Thanks so much for any advice.

The color difference is on the two bottom coins and only on the back side. Not the front.
I would not list as error unless you find graded coins in that series that have that error. You can just list it and point out the discoloring in your description so you don’t get a return

Welcome to the forum!
Best chance it is just toning from storage. Not an error.
Looks like toning. Hard to get $7 for a set without toning. Good luck.
Thanks all. Based on your help I revised the listing to remove reference to errors and still mention the color issue and lowered the price.
Great job! Good luck with your auctions & your move.
Welcome to the forums @videoprojman.
Good luck in your auction.
@videoprojman....Welcome aboard.... It appears to be tarnish and no added value... I see you changed your listing. Cheers, RickO
All, I just wanted to thank you all again for taking the time to correct me. The whole process of investigating this has made me understand why coin collecting could be a fun and interesting hobby. I'm glad I happened to notice it, even though it isn't important.
I also appreciate this forum and the time the experts on here spend reading and responding to questions like this. I have spent hours perusing the questions, just out of fascination with the complexity of this hobby. I wish I had time to add this to my list of hobbies.
I am just a guy who appreciates facts and honesty and wanted to make sure I was saying the right things in my listing. I never want to deceive or claim knowledge I don't have. I am an expert in my field, but this is not it and so I turned to those who know this. No amount of money is worth sacrificing my integrity.
I am honestly shocked at the amount of outright fraud you guys find on Ebay and other places. Not just mistakes. People who seem to know better or have been informed and still post false information in their listings. Definitely points out the need to be careful and the value of buying from people with good reputations.
Please accept my thanks again and keep fighting the fight for facts and honesty. It may be an endless battle, but it is one society needs to forever fight.
