This guy is listing numerous unmarked counterfeit coins he got from alibaba, isn't against eBay policy?

Yes, it is against eBay policy to sell any counterfeit coins or replica coins. The seller is trying to skirt the issue by calling them commemorative.
Companies tend to follow the bad ideas of their competitors when trying to play catch up for some reason.

FEEBAY does not care one ioto!!!!! until heavy fines will be levied by the GOV which makes dealing, possession , buying or selling, or accommodating any of the above illegal and very heavy fines, including Jail time is enforced!
but as long as it is profitable for all....??? it is everyone's guess as to why nothing is done.
I said it here on this forum many times.... write to your gov rep and get the law changed (prohibid these imports on every level) ... and enforce it.
until then.....nothing will happen.
