I’ve never owned a New Orleans gold piece before and I’ve wanted an example for a while now. I figured given their reasonable prices compared to Charlotte or Dahlonega that I’d wait for, at very least, an AU example.
This nice example came along at just the right time. 
What do you guys think?

It's actually got a little more luster than is showing in the picture, like I mentioned, hard to capture with the iPhone.

I think a lot of the "O" mints, especially $2 1/2 an $5 libs are way underrated. Get um while you can.

None of the "O" mint $2.50's are real stoppers. Its a fun sub-set of a large series.
