Are there other diagnostics besides the leg? This one looks a little 3 and 1/2-ish?

Sorry-not the variety. The real deal is nearly as weak as the '37-D. Here's what it looks like-

Ah, too bad. Are there any other diagnostics like the mint mark position or something I'm overlooking? Can't seem to find any data.

Yes-it has a distinct MM placement. I can't think of any other die marker but the leg is weak enough none should be needed.
Yep... the leg is really weak on the authentic 3 1/2 leggers....easy to spot. Cheers, RickO
