I'm amazed at how much I learn just by being interested or engaged with a subject. "Expertise" suggests "expert" to me. One gets expertise from having some experience which, of course, is not gained overnight. And, I would add, the best experience is not to be gotten from just the coins themselves but from getting to know some of the people who own them.

I just realized that trying to have a conversation with Paradise at almost 3 AM her time might be an exercise in futility for me.
