So I came across this 2019 d penny tonight and I dont have the best magnification but this is a screen shot from a video. What do you think?

Mechanical doubling. Notice how the digits are slightly thinner than normal. That's a giveaway for MD

For stuff like this you should always assume MD and then try to prove to yourself otherwise.

Definitely machine doubling.... no numismatic value... good pictures... that always helps us to identify what you are concerned with. Cheers, RickO
