Nope, the ANA treaded us like a bad case of herpes a few shows ago. We paid far in advance for the table yet they left us out of the program. Stuck us in the back of the hall far away from the other services. Didn't give us the required cases or chairs and wanted us to pay extra for any changes. Thankfully, at that show, one of the present ANA governors got us some chairs. Perhaps their "official" TPGS does not like competition or the around-the-clock free grading/authentication opinions we provide. We have not attended an ANA since and I don't think we will be going to any more ANA conventions. That's too bad.
Thankfully for collectors, ANACS will be there giving free opinions. I'd like to see our host do the same.

I went about 10 years ago and just soaked it in. There were no slabs, but literally mounds of coins on some tables that you could dig through. It’s held in the courtyard in an older part of town.

thanks!
Was there Sunday morning, we showed up around 10:30 am. The 'bourse' was on 2 sides of the central fountain of the placa - currency, supplies, and stamps mostly on the south side, coins on the north. I wanted to find an old british penny but did not have time before our 11 am 'Gothic' quarter tour. Saw a really nice XF 1891-O morgan. Alot of the worn coins looked scrubbed. No slabs. Wish I had another hour to peruse the inventory in the dozen or so coin focused stands. Everyone, dealers, tourists, locals, were having a good time.

In and out with my associate. We have a few private showings scheduled.
I'll be there somewhere...
I live 30mins +/- from convention center, would be a shame not to go.
