1974 S Penny

I know my pictures are terrible. My USB microscope stopped working. Though it isn't clear from the pictures, one of the 1974 S pennies has a normal mintmark, and the other has what looks like an "s" and a "d" punched over each other. from one angle you can see the "D" and from another, you can see the "s". I checked to see if there was a variety for this, but I couldn't find one in the rpm listings. Is there a known ,
s over d or d over s 1974 penny?

Yup, die chips come in lots of shapes and sizes. Some are funny and some are just strange. Peace Roy

Yes, I already tried to look it up, but there wasn't a link for 1974s, so I just thought I would ask the experts if they knew anything. Thanks!

Either PMD or a die chip.... Not a D/S or S/D... Cheers, RickO
