Another rare coin with substandard pictures

I was following this 1890-cc $20, I figured a decent AU but tough to tell with the pics....
How would you grade?

So rare you can't see it.
supersize the picture and you will find several dings on the obverse side of coin and the coin has no luster at all left. I have $20 liberty's in au-50 nicer then that one. EF-45

Typical ebay fishiness, and there are big opportunities there if you have the time and resources.
Two flags on this one: listing indicates cc from year there were none, and it being from mother, I asked him if it had been sent in for grading he said no. Only as an AU would it be worth near where it was bid, as a no problem coin, but how to tell? A local dealer had an old holder PCGS 1890-cc $20 In 50 I was tempted on priced at GS or so. There can be hidden problems on these coins, that year comes nice with eye appeal usually, not really rare.
When I clicked on the link, a picture of a Twenty Saint came up made
into a ring as well. Never even thought about that. I may have to purchase
one for myself.
You have to click through to the previous listing, ebay is always trying to sell you something.
