Who said "There's no such thing as a free lunch?"
Got this in the mail a couple of weeks ago and, of course, I RSVP'd right away that I would be there. Can't turn down a free meal! Anybody want a report afterwards?

I never turn down a free lunch and the chance to hobnob with the dealers and experts.
Hope you enjoy it and would love to hear all about it.

That's great! Just don't let anyone else eat your lunch!

Going to the NLG lunch on Thursday, and the PCGS lunch on Friday. So, there is a double free lunch. All I have to do is drive the 1400 miles to Rosemont.
Bring back some souvenir. (beside mustard stain)
I assume that this free lunch will be accompanied by some sort of party favor.
Robert Heinlein popularized the "word" form : "tanstaafl."
Nice... lunch and a chance to hear from industry notables.... Please tell us about it...Cheers, RickO
I was at a lunch with Bowers speaking a few years ago. It was a rambling stream-of-consciousness that didn't have the benefit of being edited like a book.

Make sure you take some gas siphoning equipment with you to hook up to the organizers car after the event is over. By definition, then it will truly be a "free" event . Gas to get there costs money
Or perhaps he was channeling James Joyce?

Nah, I'll be at the show anyway - this will be one less meal I won't have to pay outrageous bourse floor prices for.
