Much respect lost for you sir.

Yup, we’re giving 312 a run for his money.

The raw cards might be have a problem (I'm also cautious due to the low-quality scans, and someone reported a card bought from him came back as colored).

That being said, I just peeked at his eBay Store and noticed what appears to be a legit Ty Cobb Autographed bat (authenticated by PSA/DNA). I checked the cert on PSA and the picture on PSA's site does look like the bat he is selling on eBay.

This thread sniffed out someone who sells cards with rubber band marks as mint, and cards that are colored. That's only what we've gleaned so far.

You've brought forth no evidence of his cards grading PSA 8 or PSA 9. Matter of fact, no one
    else has either.

The guy misrepresents his cards. He is a fraud. You take his side. EOS

Big difference between "taking someones side" and being fair in questioning someone's integrity.

There's also a HUGE difference from pointing out a warning you suspect something "funny" is going on, and accusing someone of fraud.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE SHOWN in your so-called "evidence" that these cards have been altered! You even go so far as to compare scans of two different cards to try to prove alteration, a Drysdale and a Mantle.

    SERIOUSLY?

PaulMaul, krisd3279, dotstore along with LarkinCollector (who actually PROVED that a scanner on different settings could produce unusual differences in images of the SAME card, nice job LarkinGuy!) have all said the differences could be scanner related. That has been backed up by posters who say they believe he has an old scanner.

Two people who have bought cards from him appear to stand in his corner; WalkinDude has sent cards in and they have passed the test, mexpo "sticks up for the seller" even though he had a card come back as colored!

Funny that someone who actually bought a recolored card from the seller is on the sellers side!

Yet because the seller doesn't send the cards in for grading himself, he's guilty. Nonsense. Because he finds cards in a shoebox, he's guilty? Really? Cards WERE often kept in shoeboxes!

Nothing in his feedback supports your unfounded claims of him recoloring or altering of cards.

It looks like he might have failed to disclose some rubber band marks, but has accepted returns when buyer has been unhappy. I am not sure if the Mantle had the rubber band marks on it, or was that a different batch of cards?

I have read many of your posts on various topics, both agreed and disagreed with you, but NEVER thought you would do something like this. Since I also know you will never give an inch once you have made up your mind (no matter how many disagree) and will debate until the end of time, I am out on this argument.

    Shame on you.

Lots of good buyer beware information in this thread and we all like to think we make informed decisions because we hate to regret buying something, but based on what I have read, I would buy from this seller and feel comfortable about it.

Please buy his Mantle AS card and get it graded for us. Would love to hear the results.

I don’t expect everyone to have the same view and to behave as I do. You already call him a fraud, so obviously we have a difference in opinion. Respecting your difference in opinion, I will cease posting in your thread. Cheers

Actually the missing i’s could also be scanner related. There have been discussions here about how some scanners “error correct” and symbols sometimes appear to be removed from a PSA flip.

So the only thing I have learned from this thread is there is an obvious lack of knowledge about scanning and imaging technologies. Some people just don't know what they don't know.
