True View Variants

We have the various generations of holders. With the recent change in mgmt, we have a new True View style. I've been able to identify four variants of True Views. Are there more? My guess is that the second type was issued for a discreet interval of time.
Here are the four types I've noticed - UPDATED to five types:
Type 1
Type 2:
Type 3:
Type 4/current:
Type 5/ full holder.
Is there a type with the black background? Or any different type?

In France (Europe?) PCGS does slab shots for TrueView.

Hong Kong also issues slab shots rather than TVs.
Smitten with DBLCs.
All right. Type 5. And counting.....
Found a link to an old Zoins post.

Excellent. I thought there was a black one. Didn't know about the blue type.
All five types in this thread are included in the Zoins list.
For a period of time there was a TrueView that had a light blue background. I thought I had some examples but I haven't found any so far.
Edited to recognize the link provided by ReadyAimFire shows the blue background TrueView I was thinking of. Thank you

I believe that this is the style that @robec is referring to (not my coin sadly):

And it looks like @JBN may be a fellow Zip?
That's the one!! I'm really happy they didn't stick with it.

Oh god! Are we going to go down that rabbit hole now? "Registry of Tru-View Photo Varieties."
This would make an awesome poll! "Which do you prefer?"
