    Abe’s too damaged, post mint (PMD), for it to be worth a premium even if there was something (which I cannot see because of all the PLD).

    PLD=parking lot damage; PMD=post mint damage

    I know looking at the photo it may seem that way. With a loop, it looks like every mark was made by the die. There is some ware on the coin, but all in all it has a nice finish.

    Even with a loupe between your eye and the coin you should not get your eye that close to it, something could jump right off that thing and go right into your eye. Then in about a week it would travel up to your brain and kill you. You wouldn't want that now would you? Try not to be seen spending it and wash your hands after you touch it. :D

    What prompted you to post a coin like this? Is some on-line site promoting things like this as "valuable errors"?

    The coin is an obviously damaged cent and nothing more. (It was probably run over in a parking lot many times.) It holds no numismatic interest and has no numismatic value.
