  If it is an offset error it might have a slight premium, but if it is just ink rub from another bill then no.

  If you're asking about the light green ink transfer on the the right, it isn't anything special and doesn't add any value. Save it if you think it's interesting but if you could use the cash elsewhere, don't hesitate to spend it.

  BTW, for future reference, there is a paper money forum towards the bottom of the tabs

  I have seen that 'ink transfer' before...usually on new bills... never considered it of value....Cheers, RickO

  Doesn't look like an offset at all.

  "Ink Rub" is what it is, imo.
