    Awwww.... That's nice !

Wonder what someone who imports or manufactures counterfeits would get from this lenient judge?

Finally! Been well over a year +.

Back in 2011 our Host’s parent corp, CU, won a judgement from the same individual, now felon.

As shown in the article @Hemispherical linked,
it was not just counterfeit coins, but also counterfeit PCGS holders.
Glad to see some justice served.

    BUM!
I was involved with the FBI on a case of fake coins and holders over twenty years ago...wealthy So. California dealer who did a few months in jail and still hasn't made his victims whole! And, to make matters worse, is apparently back at it. These people are like sex offenders, there is no rehabilitation!!! :|

Looks like he’s wearing lipstick. I hope he’s popular in prison.

Very happy to see justice served.....Perhaps a few more cases prosecuted will help. It will not stop, but perhaps it will be curtailed. We cannot stop drugs, thieves, or other crimes... we can just prosecute when found and punish... this helps to reduce the problem. No law ever written has prevented crime, only stipulated the issue and defined punishment. Then the miscreants take their chances. Cheers, RickO
