How are sellers able to get away with selling this junk??

Look at this sellers completed listings, how did they get away with selling so many fakes in such a short period??
How can we get this seller to correct this situation? Is there a way for us to get them to face responsibility for their action?

Try venturing out of the coin realm you’d be amazed at what’s being sold/bought in the Bayland.
I tend to ignore those particular sort of eBay listing. They are everywhere and I’m sure it will stay that way for sometime sadly.
If no one was buying, there would be no sellers...These nefarious individuals prey on the unknowing...It is rampant from online sites to TV hucksters.....I have encountered people all over the country that think they have valuable coins, only to have them show me fakes or common Morgans or IHC's...Then they get upset with me for telling them the truth (which they often refuse to accept). People do not like being scammed, but so many go for the 'good deal' thinking they have scored a winner. It is a never ending cycle, as long as there is profit to be made.... Cheers, RickO

The short answer? Because someone will buy them. One only needs to look at what dealers are charging for those 2019w quarters. Same thing.
