1970s small or large date?

Found CRH and I’m not very good at identifying small from large date. I think it is large but just need confirmation.

Is this one also large?
Look at the 9. It is usually more definitive:
lincolncentresource.com/smalldates/1970Ssmalldate.html
Both are large date.
