US Mint finally sent my missing penny

I am really impressed and excited to see that they realized having a customer return a order because of a missed penny is silly and I proved to them how it happened. They have redeemed themselves in my book for now!

I had the same problem, I haven't opened the box with the missing cent in it, maybe one day I'll sell it unopened on eBay, I bet that it would grade better than those that are beat up against other items. A one page CNR for the mint then it took 4 weeks for the replacement.
I've never seen such poor packaging as I have this year....

Glad the Mint came through. It's a sad year for service and packaging. IMO.
Well, I sent off to the mint a black spotted cent I received with my mint set, I ordered over a month ago. Still nothing back...
I hope their processing returns are consistent.....

It took about a month. I sent in the form right away and explained how the invoice does not show the item on it. If you look at your invoice online you can clearly see the error occurred when they converted the order into a shippable sale and sent to be filled. It’s an error in process not in packing. It does take them about 6 weeks but understandable with all the scammers mixed in with the honest buyer.
