Plastic, you can see retained portion at the "A".
With or without plastic - Proofs are difficult to photograph. Thanks for sharing.

It looks like your truviews have the same problem as everyone else's right now. They aren't getting the color balance/correction right and white coins are coming out yellow. I'm guessing those moderns haven't started to tone yet.

You are right. These are black and white coins, no yellow. @PCGSPhoto
I can live with the others, but the Jamestown is not close.
