    Good question.

Because my Daughter (who watches my young son when I fish) is on a school trip to Thailand for her teaching degree.

She gets home Thursday so after that it is FISH ON all summer long.

@Paradisefound ... I think I know how to use those guns.... and Hawaii has restrictive gun laws, so although I am licensed to carry in 38 states, Hawaii is not one....I am a firearms instructor and handle all different types at work...but I would love to visit you....Cheers, RickO

I remember when, 40 years ago, there was much talk of the US strategic oil reserve. With the Chinese swine flu depleting their projected supplies, pork may soon become a tariff issue. I'm thinking the smart commodity play is in Vietnamese hog futures.

oh, I think there is. If they are knowingly uttering falsehoods which could be shown to have a material impact on the business, there is definitely a cause of action.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about and are spouting off total nonsense. Nothing in these threads arises to the level of a tort. An attempted lawsuit would be worthy of sanctions against the plaintiff and its counsel. You damage your credibility when you make such obviously absurd statements.

You undermine you argument when you become insulting.

    1. My OP was half a joke.
    2. Ebay has better things to di than monitor this board.
    3. BUT this board frequently had people using questionable if not completely false statements advising individuals with whom to do or not do business. Such statements could be viewed as libelous with a demonstrable material impact on one party.
      1. Why do you think the mods remove all threads that call individual sellers scam artists? At the very least the PCGS lawyers consider statements on this board to be potentially actionable.

Oh great, now I have to go buy a $500 Reel and spend a couple hundred more on a pole as I made the decision to go for my first BFT this summer.

The gear I have now has caught a few 50-pound fish and a 135-pound shark, but will not handle an explosive huge tuna.

The bloomin' onion I showed is for four people to share. Very little of the cooking oil is absorbed by the gluten-free flour coating. The onion is a very healthy and delicious vegetable prepared this way. ;)

I take it you're not a fan of keto diets. Of course the breading wrecks it, but I'm betting someone has come up with a keto friendly batter version.

I’m not a fan of diets period. “Diet” implies temporary. I’m a fan of permanent dietary and other lifestyle changes. Do less than that and you’re doomed to failure and disappointment. Do it, and success is 100% certain. Literally you cannot fail.

We’re way off-topic now but my job comes with a bunch of time devoted to getting people to stop smoking. Never once have I seen someone have success when they “tried to quit.” People have success when they meet it face-on, make a decision, and do it.
