    Just trolling the trolls.

Actually, I am bummed sitting in my office because many of my friends are trolling in the Pacific Ocean right now and catching huge Blue Fin Tuna.

As you could tell from my posts on the other thread, I grow tired of it myself. But, honestly, I don't see the point of this thread.

Trolling the trolls because I want to be trolling for BFT but am sitting in my office instead :)

    The point? You responded. QED.

There's a country and western song titled "A bad day fishing beats a good day working" and a bumper sticker too!
This guy's wife runs off and steals his dog. The pooch escapes and finds its way home. The MTV clip shows him, afterwards, singing copacetically to his best pal in their boat. The music changes and the fin of an approaching Great White, his wife astride, breaks the water

I just paid $10 a slice for mediocre O-toro here in NNJ and would happily pay for Fedex vacuum-sealed overnight delivery for both of us if you can get your pal to send us each a pound. o:)

eBay plays an important roll in the lives of all collectors and sellers, in one way or another - even those like me who never use it.

I recognize the opportunity it gives sellers like the OP, the opportunity it gives buyers, and the frustrations it brings.

Let's all get along, please. :)

I met Larry Goldberg's personal sushi chef Nobu Matsuhisa in 1984. Larry called ahead and got Tony and I a table for lunch at the eponymous dive on La Cienega. It was explained that there were two grades of O-toro and more of chu-toro. My palate is incapable of discriminating between 67+B and 67A-, but I know it was mediocre because it didn't have a strip of very thin and edible 24K gold foil on it. Only in Beverly Hills. :o

Mediocre O-toro, as are "military intelligence" and "jumbo shrimp", is a expression of ironic hyperbole. Apparently you think my jokes are much funnier when I'm buying the wine :s

    San Diego Airport.

Not my fish tho as it is my friends fish all 160 pounds of it.

I was just at his house and we ate smoked Bluefin Collars that were insanely tasty. The meat was dripping with super flavorful tuna fat.

They sent me home with the biggest tuna chunk that I have ever been given.

Dinner tomorrow will be seared BFT Tuna. Maybe some sushi or poke as well.

What is eBay? What is hyperbole? What is “making a living in the coin business”? I am so confused!

I have often ironically savored Leonard Cohen's observation "He was starving in some deep mystery, like a man who is sure what is true". Be reassured that if you're not confused, you haven't been paying attention. Your existential riddles solved below:

    1) eBay offers unfettered world-class access to its counterfeits database.
    2) What some characterize as hyperbole others credit as "alternative facts", while yet others hope it's late night comedy. As examples: once-in-a-lifetime, middle-class tax cut, 68+. stable genius
    3) You are feeding the puppies without declaring them as dependents. That is called "making a living"
