I recently purchased this little gem. It has a few lines but it’s an incredible coin. The surfaces prooflike and will get the PL from NGC. Looks like there’s only a small handful of PL’s at NGC . Plus it can really use a new holder.

Is that presently in an ANACS holder? ...and you are crossing to NGC?

No right now it’s in a pcgs holder. Pcgs doesn’t grade coins as prooflike. The coin is clearly PL when it’s in hand. Ngc pop reports are very low for PL. if I’m not mistaken it was only 5 coins graded PL. The auction results are drastic from MS vs MSPL. A picture for comparison
