    Very hard to tell from your photos. There is obviously at least a remnant of the third feather.

    There looks like evidence of a rework due to clashed dies. Looks like a small amount of feather left stuck in the upper left corner.

    I personally don't know about a 2F on this one.

    Looking at your last picture, I really cannot conclusively say there is any feather there.... you may have a good one... Cheers, RickO

    If 2 feather, what kind of premium...are they common 0n 1920 s?

    That date is average in rarity but wouln't have much of a premium in low grade.
