1972 US Mint “mini bag” of cents

Does anyone remember these? 15 1972 P-D-S in a mini mint bag. I believe this was my first mint purchase in 1972, when I was ten years old. Of the original 15, only 14 remain. I think one ended up in a Whitman folder.

I remember 1973-dated mini bags.
Someone told me that a good number of MS67 RD came out of those bags!!!
They were a fun item for budding numismatists back then.
Never knew about these before - really interesting

They show up on eBay quite often-- usually the 1973's.
Cool stuff.
Best place to buy !

I bought a few bags in 1973 when I toured the Philadelphia Mint. I still have them

I was living/working out of the U.S. during those years...never saw them....Probably would have purchased some then...Cheers, RickO
I have a small pile of those as well. I noticed that several of the coins had rim damage from the heat sealer used to make the cello Mint sets, which leads me to believe these were at least partially fulfilled from coins recovered from quality rejected Mint sets.
