Post your favorite Carson City piece...

Let’s see your favorite CC !!
Here is a piece that I was fortunate to add to my collection a short while ago. This CC is quite tough in any state, but this one has a few xtra perks with OGH and CAC. On top of that, I really like the surfaces and tone on her. Would love to know thoughts from all on this Carson City specimen...

Well, I own one. It's probably my favorite:
Not a perfect coin....but I find it appealing.

Stuart: love the $1890 cc $20 gold... such clean surfaces! Excellent piece

Great CC coins....@Stuart..That gold CC is lovely.....No time to post one of mine (I have the CC Morgan series), got to go to work... Will try to check back tonight. Cheers, RickO
Hard to pick just one but here's one of my fav's.
Yep: Carson City.

As a kid the CC mintmark were a magical thing to me. Of course I later realised the true unicorns were the C and D from the 1800s gold coins.
At any rate, I always loved looking at the CCs, I was able to add them to my collection over time. Starting with some of the GSA dollars, then a few dimes, a double dime and eventually a quarter. But none of them are really monsters.
I still would love to add some CC gold into my accumulation.
Been one of my favorite coins ever since I got it...
This is my only and favorite matching cc toners I have
Some amazing coins posted so far but not a big fan of @dennisH 1893 Charlotte dollar, especially since the mint shut down in 1861.

Ball safe? Is this the one at Sahara coins?

I was at a coin show in Vegas at the Riviera about 14 years ago, I came to see the King of Siam set of coins and this safe was there. It very well could be the safe from Sahara Coins, interesting design for a safe and it looks super bullet proof.
It does get put on display often.....very cool safe and yes, does look like it is SAFE.

Pretty easy call for me. It's this one:
Still need to get a coin but I have this Nevada Centennial in 3 different metals now:
No many in my collection but this is my favorite CC

Wow! So many very cool CC’s. Isn’t it amazing how the Carson City mint intrigues us even though the rarity or mintages aren’t all that rare in some cases?
What do you think the “drawl” is about the CC that drives supply and demand?
It's the connection to the "wild west". Plus well preserved CC coins are scarce.
Great thread.

Ah, why not? One for the road....

1881 CC PCGS MS 66 purchased today from Northeast Numismatics.
Anyone else with a 73cc Seated Liberty Dollar out there?!? Would love to see more of them!!
If you own one, post it!!!
