Looks to be a die crack from the pic.

It’s your preference if it’s acceptable or not keep in your collection. Keep it as a filler until something else comes up then stick it in your back-up album or a 2x2. Choices are endless.

Nice die crack on the '13-D. The '26-D is badly corroded.

Though corroded the 26d does look like a legit three n one half legger.

Thought the same thing, very badly corroded. I don't have a pic in my files that is handy at the moment.

The 1913-D T1 can most certainly be found struck a whole lot better, but the cracks give your coin neat look.

True. I had thoughts about it but decided agains asking about it. Rather let someone point it out to give me a better idea

Agree thanks for the comments guys. The Type 1 is my first and at a price that one can’t refuse.

Looks like the Mint mark position is off compared to the 3 1/2 leg.

The die crack is on the Reverse of the 13 D Type 1. Had a bit of confusion early

I believe you are correct, I checked it out and it doesn’t s look appropriate to where the MM should be. If I could bother you or any other nickel guys with a question? On my 13 D T1 I have the thought of it being a 2 feather variety. Now as of a true 2 feather variety not to sure as most 13 D T1’s have a small reminisces of the 3’rd feather. I do not have the tell tail sign of the filled MM but when looking straight on it does not appear rather then when tilting the coin at a angle can you just see the base of it or the island of the 3’rd feather if you will. It is plagued with die cracks and has a small obverse rim cud not shown well in photos. Also I will not be able to take any photos until later in the day.

The die cracks also appear similar to other doe markers for the o 2 feather varieties. I may be wasting my time but am intrigued to ask
