Perhaps some very mild machine doubling in Liberty.... not a collectible feature.... Cheers, RickO
The "S" Mintmark was hammered in to the die in 1969. So, a true doubled Die would show no signs of doubling on the Mintmark itself, being that it was applied after the die was manufactured.
Your coin has machine doubling damage.
