Blew all 2019 money on one coin.

Yep...I have until December 2019 to pay it off until they start charging interest.
I can do it without too much trouble but I might loose a bit of weight
Here it is...

I'm now officially a spectator here. (no new coins for me this year)
Bank check in mail yesterday and estimated ship date of 18 Apr2019.

Waiting for him to upgrade and put it up for sale.

Looks like a very clean example and the provenance is cool too. And it is certainly nice to have a little time to pay

It's a 65 and way too low grade for his set.
It was a place holder for him.

I'd hate to have to get rid of such a nice coin because it didn't grade high enough.
This one is a bit "Baggy" but has something very special about it.

I've blown my coin budget for the year early on, many times before. If I were honest with myself I wouldnt be able to buy another coin until around until 2034.

Yea, that's just a perfect location to tone. Draws the eye right in! If it were in the fields, it would be a complete distraction.

Seems like following Hansen may be a great way to build a collection!

I've been thinking of doing something similar, but not sure I can do it yet.

It took some dedication to check his set everyday.
I probably know some of his coins better than he does.
Here is the closest thing I can find so far as copper spotting goes around the torch (from Simpson again)

Copper spots on gold are an instant turn off for me. I have never seen a gold coin with a copper spot that I thought was attractive.................until now. This one actually looks like it belongs there, congrats on the pickup!

Looks like a luster bomb too! Saints look so much better with blazing luster, not a fan of dull ones, especially if they are 65's or 66's.

It looks like a 65-C from the TrueView & I'm not usually a fan of bottom grade coins, but for this one, I'll make an exception
Luster could bump it up to a high C & that would be great.
Plus...She has a nice face.
And who doesn't like a pretty face?

Feel sick...Trying to get my money back now.
I hate this hobby.
Maybe taking time off.
