Do those both have the same insert? You cut off the last number of the second one and the barcodes are too blobby(how?) to scan with the cert lookup app. Almost looks like the tip of a 7 barely visible at the edge of the photo.
Since the label is wrong then the grade could be wrong. When you call requesting the mechanical error fix have them re-do the grade (reconsideration) for free.
No harm in asking and I’d think they should do that, IMO.
LOL, what are we expect to post in a discussion as this? Oops? No big deal! This type of thing happens all the time AT ALL THE MAJOR TPGS. Not even worth posting in MHO. In the time it took to post this, the OP could have notified the company and had the coins on the way back to be corrected.
PS FYI, the description on the label and the coin's grade are two different and unconnected things.

They were consecutive. I think I will let them relabel if they want to. Maybe I can talk them into grading on of my W pennies for the bother.
698074 is for an AMF Apollo label.
You’ll likely keep the same cert numbers when you get it fixed.
I let customer service know a few days ago. Apparently they have no interest in fixing it as I have heard nothing back other than they will let me know. I think I will give eBay a try.

Good move. Due to the label error, you'll probably get more than the coin is worth on Ebay!

Did you email or call? CS would have asked for a pic of the slabbed coin be sent via email.
Either way, follow-up with a call and ask to speak with the the person you emailed the pic to.
Some are bargains to be had! Awhile back I bought a Trade Dollar in an NGC AU details cleaned holder. Whap,Bang and sent it to our hosts. It came back PF 58!
I bought a nice so-called gem uncirculated 1916 buffalo nickel a few years ago from a big time dealer down south on eBay and when I sent it to our host it came back matte proof PR-65! Moral of the story always keep your eyes open.

Oh no say it isn’t so!
@cruisersk1 Can you see what it was that triggered a 69? A TV?
Will you return it?? A phone call should get the process going... Cheers, RickO

Collector, occasional seller
wow, that's the worst possible outcome, no 70 with a error label

If it was going to stay in my collection, I would just keep it. It's a bit different and fun.

Mech errors are very easy fixes.
